A Different Way to Work the Surface
Rebel One is built from a three-dimensional web of nylon fibers combined with resin and abrasive grain, then compressed to a defined density. The result is an abrasive structure that behaves differently from a conventional coated disc or bonded grinding wheel.
Because the abrasive is distributed throughout the 3D structure, the material can continue working as the surface wears. Density, abrasive grain and product shape can then be matched to the amount of control, stock removal and finish the application requires.
